车轮压弯成形有限元分析

摘    要:借助商业有限元软件MSC.Superform,针对马钢火车车轮新压轧生产工艺中压弯工序,进行轴对称的弹塑性有限元热力耦合数值模拟.车轮的压弯变形主要集中在辐板,尤其在辐板两端.全辐板压弯导致车轮内外侧的内径增大,在模具设计时,上下压弯模在压弯结束时不用完全贴合辐板,不但有利于辐板压弯成形,还有效降低成形力.用有限元计算的压弯成形力与实际生产情况一致.

Abstract:The dish process of railway wheel is analyzed with help of finite element analysis commercial software MSC.Superform.Large strain elastic-plastic thermo-mechanical FEA modules in symmetrical are formulated for wheel dish processes.The deformations mainly concentrate on the web and especially on the two ends of the web.Because the inner diameter enlarge in dish process,it is recommend that dish die surface needn't fully match the finished web when design dish dies.That makes for web forming and lowering the dish force.Dish force calculated matches the actual force well.
