双层越江隧道联络通道冻结法施工技术

摘    要:复兴东路越江隧道在国内首次成功完成双层隧道联络通道冻结法施工。该联络通道结构偏心、隧道空间有限,冻结管布置复杂,水平、长斜孔和南北线隧道通孔钻进,钻孔精度要求高,施工困难,部分施工技术缺乏足够经验。本文详细介绍了该工法的设计施工,关键技术以及冻结过程中事故的预防和处理。

Abstract:Freezing method was successfully used to construct cross-passage of the first double-deck cross-river road tunnel in shanghai East Fuxing Road Tunnel.The cross-passage construction had many difficulties,such as eccentric structure,limited space,the complicated layout of freezing pipes,horizontal and long inclined drilling and the high-precision penetrating drilling between the south and north tubes,and some construction technologies were lack of enough experience.The design and construction of the freezing method,key technologies and the prevention and processing of accidents occurred in construction were provided in this paper.
