摘 要: | 本文介绍了HZSM-5催化剂的制备方法.利用该催化剂,在常压下可以使甲醇在内径为25毫米的流化床反应器内转化为汽油。同时研究了反应温度与液态空速对甲醇转化过程的影响。研究结果表明,C_5~+烃的产率达67.9%.该结果和产物组成与Mobil公司的研究结果相同。

Effects of Process Parameter on Conversion of Methanol to Gasoline in a Fluidized Bed Reactor |

Abstract: | HZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by first mixing the zeolite with silica gel and then spray drying. The catalyst was used to convert methanol to gasoline in a fluidized bed reactor of 25 mm internal diameter under atmospheric pressure. The effects of reaction temperature and liquid space velocity were studied. Under optimum conditions,the yield of C_(5+) hydrocarbon reached 67.9%.This yield and the product distribution are similar to those which Mobil company has obtained. |
