人工添加剂对磷矿反应特性的影响

摘    要:采用单因素实验研究了人工添加盐类及氧化物在磷矿萃取过程中对磷矿反应特性的影响,研究不同的人工配矿比例的反应模式。通过电子扫描电镜观察硫酸钙结晶形态,并分析其影响机理,得到了各因素对磷矿分解率和五氧化二磷收率影响的规律。实验表明对于该磷矿,镁的存在对磷矿的分解影响很大,镁对磷矿分解来说是有害的;人工添加的铁铝对磷矿分解的影响与镁不同,当铁铝的含量控制在一定的范围内时,对磷矿的分解是有利的;微量离子态的铜的存在有利于磷矿的分解和硫酸钙的结晶。为人工配矿及中低品位磷矿的应用提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Through the single factor experiments,the effects of adding salts and oxides on phosphate rock reaction are studied in the phosphate rock extraction, the reaction modes of different blending rock proportions are studied. The crystallizations of calcium sulfate are observed by electron micrograph and the mechanism of effect is analyzed. Thus the patterns of influence of relevant factors are obtained on the ratio of phosphate rock decomposition and the receiving ratio of phosphoric anhydride. To the phosphate rock, the single - factor experiment shows that the effect of the existence of magnesia is great to phosphate rock decomposition; magnesia is harmful; the effect of adding alumina and ferric oxide is dissimilar to that of magnesia; the proper ferric oxide and alumina are favorable to phosphate rock decomposition. The existence of trace cupric is advantageous to phosphate rock decomposition and calcium sulfate crystallization. All of these provide a theoretical foundation for artificial blending rock and the application of phosphate rock with middle or low grade.
