| 摘 要： | 通过对某高校三届入学新生和应届毕业生乙肝病毒感染状况的调查，发现新生入学时乙肝病毒平均感染率低于人群总体率，有近半数新生为易感者；毕业生的乙肝病毒携带率明显高于入学新生，而且有明显的寝室聚集现象，提示大学生的集体生活加上个人卫生习惯不良是引起乙肝病毒传播的原因。

| Abstract: | By investigating the situation of HBV infection among the students we can find that the average infection rate of the freshmen is lower than that of the whole body. Nearly half of the freshman are susceptible. The HBV carrier rate of the graduates is apparently higher than that of the nwe students and the room_gathering phenomenon is evident, which indicated that the collective livelihood along with unhealthy personal hygienic habit is responsible for the transmssion of HBV. |
