摘    要:采用生物过滤法处理炼油厂污水处理设施排放的废气,在处理气量为3m^3/h、装有短纤维泥炭境科的生物过滤器上连续进行了长期试验,每立方米气体、每立方米填科的废气恶臭平均负荷分别达到:苯系物23.59g、硫化氢2.05g、有机硫化物o.56g,净化气中的污染物含量分别低于:硫化氢5mg/m^3、有机硫化物lmg/m^3、苯系物l0mg/m^3,脱除率可分别达到:硫化氢90%、有机硫化物90%、苯系物85%。该方法对净化炼油厂污水处理设施排放的废气具有较好的适用性。

Abstract:A peat biofilter was used to treat the waste gas effluent from the refinery waste water biotreatment. A long run was made in a 3m3/h system by using biofilter filled with short fiber peat. The malodorant concentrations of treated gas were reduced to 5. 0mg/m3 for H2S, 1mg/m3 for VOSC, and 10. 0mg/m3 for benzene homologues, with the initial level of malodorant load in waste gas, for each m3 gas and each m3 filling, averaging about 2. 05g for H2S, 0. 56g for VOSC, and 23. 59g for benzene homologues. The removal percentage reached 90% for H2S, 90% for VOSC and 85% for benzene homologues. The process is considered to be fit for the control of malodorant emission for waste gas effluent from the waste water biotreatment of refinery.
