| 摘 要： | 介绍了2009年11月10日巴西电网大停电事故发生和发展过程及恢复过程,指出极端天气引发的多重故障、继电保护缺陷和安稳控制系统策略不当是导致此次大停电的主要原因。指出优化电网结构、精细化运行方式、完善继电保护、健全失步解列、强化黑启动演练是中国电网应吸取的经验。

| Abstract: | The process of Brazilian blackout on November 10th,2009 was discribed.The main reasons causing this blackout were multiple accidents brought by extreme-weather,defects of protective relayings and incorrect order of security and stability control system.It was pointed out that lessons learned from the blackout by China's power grid operators are optimizing network structure,fining operation arrangement,completing relay protection,improving out-of-step separation and reinforcing black start. |
