| 摘 要： | 选择鸡线粒体DNA为研究对象,通过特异性引物,建立了饲料中鸡源性成分的PCR检测方法,该方法的最低检出限为0.1%。运用该方法成功检测出饲料中的鸡源性成分。该方法具有很高的特异性和灵敏性,而且简便易行,可以作为鸡源性成分鉴别检测的常规方法。

| Abstract: | By choosing chicken chondriosome DNA as the study object,PCR method for detecting the chicken derived materials in foodstuffs,with a sensibility of 0.1%,was established through idiosyncrasy primer.This detection method,with high idiosyncrasy and sensibility,simple and convenient,can be used as a routine method to identify and detect the chicken derived materials in foodstuffs. |
