| 摘 要： | 意大利H3G公司经营3G业务比较早,用户发展迅速,其原因在于公司3G网络建设方面的良好经验,如网络覆盖良好、网络构成比较完善、网络建设流程和职责分工明确、网络优化合理有效等。H3G公司3G网络建设的经验有助于中国运营商发展3G。

| Abstract: | Italy H3G is the one of the earlist operators to launch 3G services. Its rapid growth of customer base can be attributed to abundant experiences on 3G network construction, including excellent network converage, favorable network framework, appropriate network construction program and well-defined responsibilities and functions, as well as rational network optimization,. The experiences of H3G on 3G services are meaningful for Chinese telecom operators. |
