摘    要:<正>由于乙丙橡胶(EPDM)分子链的高饱和性,使之与其他通用橡胶相比,具有优异的耐候性、耐臭氧性、耐热性、良好的电绝缘性和耐化学介质腐蚀性。EPDM密度低(比重0.85),并且能填充大量的增容剂和填充剂,对各种常规的橡胶加工方法具有很好的适应性,并且其混炼胶的材料成本比较适中,性价比较高,因此使它有条件在各种用途中成为有竞争性的胶料。但是由于EPDM是非结晶性橡胶,因此它的物理性能在某些方面不是很理想。

Abstract:EPDM low density can be filled with a lot of compatibilizer and filler, a variety of conventional rubber processing methods has good adaptability, their relatively modest costs of materials mix, higher cost, so conditions in various applications as a competitive compound. However, due to non-crystalline EPDM rubber, so its physical properties are not ideal in some respects. This article studies rubber vulcanization system, by changing the type and amount of curing system, comparing the mechanical properties of rubber after aging differences, the preparation of a good overall performance EPDM system.
