摘    要:分析了通过特高压交流联络线互联的华北、华中两大装机过亿电网在联网初期面临的运行与控制方面的新情况,研究了特高压交流互联系统的动态品质,并针对系统联网初期存在的动态稳定问题,提出了切实有效的运行控制措施。这些分析和研究结果对于特高压交流互联电网的规划、设计和运行控制均具有重要指导作用。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the new situation faced by operation and control of the ultra high voltage (UHV) system when it was put into operation. This UHV system consists of North China power grid and Central China power grid. They are interconnected by UHV AC tie lines, and both of them have an installed generation capacity of over 100 GW. Additionally, this paper studies the dynamic characteristics of the UHV system and provides effective operation and control measures for dynamic stability problems with the UHV system in its early operation period. The results from the above analysis and study play an important guiding role in planning, designing, operating and controlling the UHV AC interconnected power grids.
