| 摘 要： | 完善农村社会保障制度，有助于提高农村经济市场化程度，实现农村经济可持续发展，调节国民收入分配，促进公平分配目标的实现。必须加强重庆农村社会保障体系建设，健全农村社保管理协调机构与法规体系，拓宽农村社保基金来源渠道，扩大农村社会保障覆盖面，大力培养农村社保专业人才，促进农村社会保障事业发展。

| Abstract: | Perfecting rural social security system contributes to improving the marketization degree of rural economy, realizing the sustainable development of rural economy, adjusting the allocation of national revenue, and promoting the realization of equitable distribution. The construction of rural security system in Chongqing must be strengthened, the managerial and coordinative mechanism and law and regulation system for rural social security must be made sound, channels of the capital source for rural social security funds must be extended, the coverage of rural social security must be ex panded, and professional talents must be cultivated for rural social security to enhance the development of the cause of rural social security. |
