摘    要:针对复杂机电系统中可调参数多、调整范围大、参数之间耦合强、常规方法难于整定与组态的难题,提出了基于退火遗传算法的参数最优整定方法.将遗传算法和模拟退火算法巧妙地结合起来、取长补短,构成一种新的高效、鲁棒的寻优算法,应用于平整机主传动速度控制系统的参数优化问题,使系统的性能指标达到最优.

Abstract:In complicated electromechanical systems, there are many adjustable parameters, their tuning ranges are wide, the coupling effects among parameters are severe, and it is hard to set and match these parameters with traditional method. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward an optimal setting method of control parameters based on simulated annealing-genetic algorithm.The new searching method derives from ingenious combining of simulated annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm. It draws on the advantages of simulated annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm,so it is efficient and robust. The method is applied to parameter optimization of main drive speed control system of temper mill, and its performance index is optimal.
