正电胶聚合醇钻井液在临盘地区的应用

摘    要:胜利油田在临盘油田发现了夏50等主力油区。该区块油层多厚度大。目的层为沙河街组沙三段油层。沙河街组泥岩厚度大于500m,泥岩中伊利石含量较高(68%),亚甲基蓝容量高,地层分散性和膨胀性较强,造成井壁坍塌、卡钻等复杂事故。开发出了MMH正电胶多元醇钻井液。该体系保持了MMH正电胶钻井液的优良特性,改善了润滑性能,解决了高温高压滤失问题。经现场应用表明,聚合醇与正电胶的协同作用,增强了对粘土的水化抑制能力和防塌性能,利于井壁稳定和油气层保护;该钻井液具有很强的抑制性、润滑防卡性、井壁稳定性,携带和悬浮固相颗粒能力强,并无毒、污染小,荧光灯直照无荧光显示,能满足探井和特殊井的施工要求。

Abstract:Multiple and thick oil reservoirs exist in Linpan area of Shengli Oilfield, for shale formation is as thick as 500 m and illite content is as high as 68%, and formation dispersion and hydration is remarkably high, thus such troubles as hole collapse and pipe sticking frequently happen. A MMH polyol drilling fluid is develope-d, and this system maintains the excellent properties of MMH drilling fluid, improves the lubricity, and solves the problem of HTHP filtration. Field using shows that, by the coordinating of positive gel and polyol, its hydration inhibition to clay and sloughing control are enhanced, and this is good for hole stabilization and formation protection. This system also has good lubricity, good cuttings transportation and dispersion, and it is free of toxicity and pollution, free of fluorescence, which can meet the requirements of drilling exploration wells and special wells.
