摘    要:介绍了极面嵌入线圈法测量永磁材料磁特性的原理和应用情况。永磁材料标准测试方法准确性好,但存在实施困难、难以支持大块器件或不规则器件的检测问题。极面嵌入线圈法能较好地弥补标准方法的缺陷,但存在剩磁测试结果偏大的问题。基于合作研发的异形永磁体磁特性测量装置试验结果,提出了采用标准方法对极面线圈法测试的剩磁结果进行修正的方案。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the principles and status of measuring magnetic properties of magnetic materials using embedded pole coils method. The standard measuring method for permanent magnet materials has better accuracy, but is difficult for testing bulk and non-standard or irregular shaped samples. The embedded pole coil method can make up for the defects of the standard method, but there is a problem that the residual magnetization test results are higher than its real value. Based on the experimental results of test equipment for non-standard shaped permanent magnet materials we developed, a method was proposed for correcting the residual magnetization result of the polar-coil test using a standard method.
