混凝土构件层析成像的试验研究

摘    要:在阐述层析成像基本原理的基础上,制作了含已知缺陷的混凝土构件,对其开展层析成像的试验研究。提出了缺陷的定量识别算法,可以在概率统计的意义上识别出具有一定置信度的缺陷区域,与混凝土构件的实际情况吻合良好。试验成果验证了两阶段的射线追踪方法和基于广义逆的反演方法的正确性。在同等测试条件下,广义逆方法的反演效果比传统的SIRT方法好。室内试验为层析成像的应用效果评价提供了新的思路,对实际工程测试与安全性评估也有显著的指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the theory of acoustic travel time tomography,a concrete component with embedded flaws is tested in the laboratory.Several quantitive methods are proposed for identifying the velocity abnormality in the tomography with certain degree of confidence. The identifying velocity abnormality is consistent with the concrete component. The test results validate the two-phase ray tracing method and the inversion method based on the generalized inverse matrix.With the same test system,the effect of generalized inversion is much better than that of conventional SIRT method. The laboratory test provides a new way to evaluate the application effect of tomography,and serves as a prominent guidance to the test and safety assessment of structures.
