企业重组与CIMS

１０年开发与实施ＣＩＭＳ的经验和教训告诉我们,ＣＩＭＳ不是一个单纯的技术系统,在现有组织结构和业务流程的基础上简单实施ＣＩＭＳ,往往困难重重并且不能取得较好的效果。本文认为,应用用企业重组中的新思想丰富ＣＩＭ“集成”的内涵,并将其用到ＣＩＭＳ的开发和实施中。

BUSINESS REENGINEERING AND CIMS

The experiences and lessons of the developing and implementing CIMS in the last 10 years have told us that the CIMS is not a pure technique system. There are often much difficuties in integrating simply on the exciting system and in obtaining better results. So the new thought of "Business Reengineering" should be introduced into the development and implement of CIMS and to enrich the contents of the CIM "integration". The enterprise business process should be fundamentally thought and radically redesigned, so that the dramatic achivements can be obtained.
