模糊控制在谷物烘干机温控系统中的应用

摘    要:针对具有非线性、大时滞并难以建立精确数学模型的谷物烘干机温控系统,提出基于模糊控制器的谷物烘干机温控系统,采用以经验为基础的模糊规则控制。结果证明,这种温控方法可以使谷物烘干机温控系统达到稳态精度高、超调量小等要求。

Abstract:Aimed at the temperature control system of grain dryer, which has the characteristic of delay and nonlinearity, and is difficulty to establish mathematics model,the paper puts forward temperature control system of grain dryer based on fuzzy controller. A fuzzy control rule which based on experiment is adopted.The result shows that this control method can satisfy the requirements of good stable performance and low overshoot, etc.
