| Abstract: | The production technology of methyl chlorosilane between China and those of the foreign countries were compared,and the cost estimate of methyl chlorosilane and D 4in the foreign countries was calculated,and then found the gap between them.Some suggestions on how to make some improvements of methyl chlorosilane production technology in China were made. |
