| 摘 要： | 通过分析注射模工艺设计和CAPP特点,提出了基于案例推理的注射模计算机辅助工艺规划方法,其中引入了本体语义模型表达工艺案例特征,并通过语义相似性定义工艺案例的相似度,以此为基础开发的注射模CAPP系统在某企业得到应用,实践证明,该方法能够有效辅助编制工艺卡。

| Abstract: | A Computer-Aided Process Planning(CAPP) method for injection moulds based on case reasoning was proposed after an analysis on the characteristic of injection moulding process design and CAPP.An ontology semantic model was introduced to express the technological characteristic of cases;and the degree of similarity between cases was defined through semantic similarity.The CAPP system was applied in a company,which proves to be helpful for writing the process program. |
