| 摘 要： | 针对城镇地价具有时空动态变化的特征,本文在分析我国城镇地价评估研究存在问题的基础,探讨了基于标准宗地为载体的城镇地价动态监测体系建立的技术方法,为政府及时、准确掌握地价市场信息、制定地产市场的宏观调控政策以及建立地价公示制度和基准地价更新、宗地地价评估提供了一种有效的技术工具。

| Abstract: | Under the circumstances of the dynamic temporal and spatial changes of the urban land prices, this paper, after an analysis of the existing problems in China' s present urban land price assessment, attempts to explore a technical method to establish a dynamic monitoring system for urban land prices via the standard plot in order to provide the government with an efficient technical tool to gain an accurate information in land price market, to make macro- control policies for the real estate market, and to set up an open - to - the public system for the renewal of the standard land prices and for the assessment of region - based reference prices. |
