大学权力模式的整合比较

大学权力模式决定了学术发展力和作为一个特殊组织存在的适应性能力。本文通过对大学三种较典型的权力模式的基本特征及发展趋势的比较与分析,指出了影响大学权力模式整合的若干“动力”因素,探索了我国大学权力模式改革的一些基本方向。

A comparative analysis on patterns of power in higher education

The patterns of power in higher institution determine its academic development and adaptability as a particular organization. Through a comparative analysis on basic characteristics and development trends among three typical patterns of power in higher institution, this paper attempted to analyze the motive factors which may have affected the integrated way of power, and brought forward a viewpoint that the most suitable pattern of power is the one that can satisfy the variety of social and economic development based on the higher education system and social - culture tradition of the native country and local district, which can both guarantee the healthy development in academic freedom and efficiently promote the university advancement as an organized system. In addition, combining the power structure of the higher schools, the article also proposed the reform areas in inner management system of higher education.
