宝钢冷轧电镀锌废水处理

摘    要:冷轧厂电镀锌工艺的改造,引起废水中锌含量增大到800mg/L,需处理后排放,采用中和-薄膜过滤技术相结合的工艺处理电镀锌废水,可使废水中锌含量达到国家排放标准,处理后的废水回收利用。

Abstract:The revampingof the electric galvanization process in a cold rolling mill caused the increase of zinecontent in the wastewater to 800 mg/L and,therefore,the wastewater needed to be treatedbefore discharged.The use of a combined technology of neutralization andmembrane_filtration in the treatment of the wastewater from electric galvanization madethe zine content in the wastewater meet the state discharge standard,and the treatedwastewater can be recycled and reused.
