摘    要:空气钻井作为一种新兴的钻井技术,具有钻速高、成本低、环保性好等优势,已在国内外展现出强劲的发展势头。目前,国内外对空气钻井技术的理论研究尚存在很大的局限性,广泛开展空气钻井技术的研究势在必行。在总结国内外现有空气钻井理论研究的基础上,着重分析了空气钻井理论模型的建立、温度场模型的建立、最小注气量的选取以及临界出水量的确定4方面的技术难点;并且从空气钻井理论模型的深入研究、实验手段和计算机科学的应用以及空气钻井配套技术的研究等方面展望了未来空气钻井技术的研究方向。

Abstract:Air drilling is a burgeoning drilling technology which has many advantages like high drilling rate, low cost and is in favor of environmental protection. It has shown a powerful development trend at home and abroad. While the theoretical study on air drilling technology is still very limited, research on air drilling technology is imperative. On the basis of summarizing the present situation of research at home and abroad, the four technical difficulties including establishment of theoretical model, modeling of temperature field, determination of minimum air rate and determination of critical water rate are analyzed herein. And the outlook of air drilling technology development trend is introduced which includes in depth study of theoretical model, experimental study means, combination with computer technology, and the matching technology for air drilling.
