| 摘 要： | 大区电网互联中要保持和提高电网频率质量,改善机组控制调节性能,发挥大电网运行的优越性,这和ACC的控制和考核性能密切相关.简要地介绍了基于CPS的AGC标准,比较了CPS与原A1/A2标准的优缺点.并就南方电网CPS的参数进行了调整分析与计算,提出了正确设置AGC控制策略中CPS参数的方法.采用这些方法调整CPS参数,可以实现互联电网各AGC控制区之间的相互支援,有利于提高南方电网频率控制质量.

| Abstract: | The capability of improving the frequency quality and bringing into play the advantage of running of power grid is tied up with the control of AGC and assess performance.Compared the advantages and disadvan- tages of the original A_1/A_2 standards between CPS parameters,standards of AGC based on the CPS are intro- duced in this paper.Firstly,CPS parameters of China Southern Power Grid in 2007 are analysed and adjusted. Secondly,the correct setting of CPS parameters in AGC control strategy is presented.Finally,the control strate- gy for CPS adjustment is proved.It can carry out with mutual support in each controlling area of AGC and im- prove the quality of China Southern Power Grid frequency control. |
