摘    要:煤无烟燃烧技术是一种将移动床煤气发生炉与层状燃煤锅炉有机地结合在一起的复合燃烧技术。撞击流技术被创造性地应用于所开发的煤无烟燃烧锅炉的二次风系统中,其目的是在炉内形成稳定的湍流流动,加强炉内的混合、燃烧与传热,同时实现炉内的消烟与除尘。该文采用κ-ε双方程湍流模型,用SMPLE算法进行炉内三维流场的计算,模拟结果定性地体现了撞击流的特点,揭示了卧式煤无烟燃烧锅炉的运行机理。

Abstract:Coal combustion without smoke is a compound combustion technology which combines the coal gasification with a fixed-bed combustion. An impinging stream technology is successfully applied to the secondary air of such boiler in order to form a steady turbulent flow in the furnace, and resulting in strengthening the mixture, combustion and heat transfer, and in reducing the smoke and dust emission to a point much lower than the standard. A e-k double equation model is adopted and a 3-dimension turbulent flow filed is obtained. The results of simulation show the special feature of the impinging flow qualitatively and bring to light the operation mechanism of such smokeless combustion boiler.
