数控冲床自动编程系统的应用研究

摘    要:通过分析DXF文件的数据结构,利用Visualc++6.0为开发工具,设计了系统与AutoCAD的接口程序,获取零件图形的几何信息。完成了数控冲压加工的自动编程,实现了折弯板料展开后的尺寸计算,得出冲压孔的准确位置,自动生成数控冲床加工系统的程序代码。采用该系统极大地方便了数控冲压加工。

The Study of Automatic Programming System of CNC Punch
Abstract:Through analyzing the structure feature of DXF file, this paper designs the port program between system and AutoCAD by using Visual C++6.0, then achieves the geometry information of the parts. This system finishes automatic programming of NC punching, realizes the calculation of unfolded size for shaped plate, obtains correct position for punching holes and then obtains the codes of the NC punching system automatically. By using this system, NC punching will be used greatly conveniently.
