我厂1200t/d生产线从艰难达产到高产稳产的体会

重庆小南海水泥厂1200t/d熟料新型干法生产线自2003年11月点火以来,出现了一系列的工艺事故,如预热器堵塞,烧窑砖及红窑、常长窑皮,频繁结圈与结球、堆雪人等等。经过三个阶段的生产调试,自2005年5月起,实现全系统长期高产稳产运行,平均熟料产量在1400t/d以上,月产42600t。对每一工艺事故,逐一进行原因分析,同时就解决措施及其效果进行总结分析,得出了保证稳产、高产的控制点为:以稳定操作控制思想为指导,控制物料中有害成分,适当控制窑前温度和后燃烧现象,合理配料,稳定物料成分及与该物料相匹配的稳定工况。

An 1200t/d clinker production line: from hardly reaching output to high and stable yield

Since combustion initiation in Nov.2003,the 1 200 t/d clinker NSP production line of Chongqing Xiaonanhai Cement have had a series of process accidents,as blocking in preheater,fired kiln brick and red kiln,long kiln coating,frequent ringing and nodulization and stock snowman,ect.After three stages of production commissioning,since May 2005,they realized long-time high and stable output of the whole system,and the average clinker output was more than 1 400 t/d,the month output was 42 600 tons.They analysed every accident and brougth forward some relative measures and compared its effect,in the end,they made it sure that the control key to gurantee stable and high output is to stablize operation,control deleterious component in material,control temperature at kiln head and after-combustion phenomenon properly,proportion material rightly and stablize material component and the relative running condition.
