Abstract: | The knee is the largest synovial joint in the body, with a number of diverse soft tissue structures contributing to its stability. It is subject to enormous stresses and is the most commonly injured joint. These injuries usually occur in young, active patients. This article describes the approach to managing these important injuries. |
