汽轮机转子合成应力公式

摘    要:通过对启动过程中转子受力情况的分析,得到了控制转子破坏的主要应力;从转子表面热应力集中的方向性角度,利用Mises准则,建立了转子表面应力集中部位的合成应力公式,给出了计算实例。该公式和目前沿用的公式相比,理论上更为合理,在转子实际运行状态监测、检测方面更加准确。

Abstract:The paper has investigated the forces imposed on steam turbine rotor during its process of start up. The main destructive stresses to the rotor are determined. From point of view of stress concentration direction, the composite stress formula of stress concentration position of steam turbine rotor surface has been established by means of Mises criterion. A calculation example has been given.Compared with the formula used at present, the proposed theory is more rational and is more accurate for calculating the composite stress.
