| 摘 要： | 专家系统和人工神经网络是智能技术的两个很活跃的分支，它们在电力系统中的应用也很广泛，但对它们的孤立研究都暴露出了很大的局限性。本文分析了智能发展的各个阶段的特点，重点阐述了专家系统和神经网络的概念以及它们的不足之处，从理论和应用实践中论证了专家系统和人工神经网络合壁的必然性和可能性，讨论了几种可供探索的途径。

| Abstract: | Expert System and Artificial Neural Network are both active branches of intelligence technology.They have widely used in electric power systems, but research on them has limitations. The article analyzes the features of artificial intelligence in each stage of its development,expounds the fundamental conceptions of Expert System and Artificial Network and their weakness,shows the necessity and possibility of combining Expert System with Artificial Neural Network from both aspects of theory and practice, and finally discusses a few directions to be explorated. |
