铁屑还原-混凝法处理石油精制废碱液酸化废水试验

摘    要:选用铁屑还原-混凝法处理石油精制废碱液酸化废水,研究了最佳铁炭比及铁屑粒径、接触时间、废水pH及污染物浓度等对处理效果的影响。试验结果表明,当铁炭比为15时,废水中的COD、硫化物和环烷酸去除率分别达到62.2%、97.9%和97.2%。

TREATMENT OF SPENT ALKALI LIQUOR PRODUCED BY REFINING OIL PRODUCTS AFTER ACIDIFICATION BY USING REDUCTION OF SCRAP IRON-COAGULATION PROCESS
Abstract:It adopts reduction of scrap iron-flocculation to treat spent-alkali liquor by refining oil products after acidification. The factors affecting removing effect of COD and mechanism of flocculation are studied in detail by the laboratory experiments. The affected factors include the ratio of iron and coke, contact time, pH of the wastewater and the density of pollutants.
