摘 要: | 本文基于智能化、网络化的设计思想,借助IEEE1451智能变送器接口标准和网络技术,搭建了一个嵌入式、开放的设备网络化智能维护系统。基于敏捷制造对制造过程管理与控制的需求,研究并建立了制造系统智能前端的原型。基于IEEE1451标准的设计思想和DSP及ARM和HPI技术,介绍了智能前端的软硬件构成与网络接口设计。并针对该系统的高可靠性、网络化和智能化要求,提出了多参数集成智能维护前端的解决方案。实验表明,系统运行稳定,实时性良好。

Abstract: | This paper presents a problem to multi- sensor system for the embedded OS and network - based intelligent pro- node with special emphasis on standardized transducer interface and open network communication. To realize and enhance the field information process ability of device maintenance, the conception and prototype of IDP (Intelligent Data Pro- node) is proposed. Based on the IEEE 1451 networked smart transducer interface standard and network, DSP, ARM and HPI communication tech- nology, a design of network- based intelligent pro- node is intro- duced. The HWSW structure and the network interface are dis- cussed. To meet the demands of high reliability, networking and intelligence of system is also presented. Experiments show good performance of both network- based intelligent pro- node and re- al- time capability of the system. |
