摘    要:冲压速度对冲压成形工艺影响很大,为此利用声发射技术来检测不同速度下的冲压过程。以不同速度下的冲压过程产生的声发射信号幅度为研究对象,研究两者之间的关系。结果表明,冲压速度对冲压成形过程中产生的声发射信号幅度影响非常大。即随着速度的增大,声发射信号幅度随之增大。
