摘    要:随着电力需求侧管理工作的深入,对大用户负荷管理系统提出了更新更高的要求。传统230M无线负荷管理终端因其功能和性能的限制已很难满足这些新的需求,因此提出了利用GPRS/CDMA公用无线数据通信网络技术和高性能嵌入式32位芯片式(SOC)计算机技术开发新一代负荷管理终端的设计思想和方案。该方案已在广东、浙江等地大规模实施,效果良好。

Abstract:With the deepen development of DSM work, there are higher new demands on load management system of electric energy customers, but the traditional 230 MHz wireless load management ERTU is very difficult to meet these new demands because of its limited function and performance. This paper puts forward a set of design ideas and schemes which make use of GPRS or CDMA public wireless communication network technology and 32-bit high-performance embedded SOC technology to develop the new generation load management ERTU. The schemes have been applied in Guangdong and Zhejiang, etc. and the effect is very obviously good.
