基于微波通信的过程控制系统方案设计

摘    要:简要介绍了过程控制系统的概念以及在工业生产现场的重要地位,重点设计了以德国西门子小型可编程逻辑控制器S7-200系列PLC的组网微波通信方案,给出了过程控制系统中主站与从站的硬件构成原理与软件编制流程,最后设计了通信过程中的误码检错方法.整套设备在现场运行前对信号的传输过程进行了性能测试,结果表明:所设计系统操作简单、性能可靠、通信无误,具有较高的工程应用价值.

Abstract:The concept of process control system and its important status in industry production field are introduced.Taken the German SIEMENS'S7-200 PLC for example,the setup net microwave communication method is designed especially.The hardware composing principle of main station and subsidiary station and the software flow in process control system are given.Finally the error code detect method during communication is designed.Performance testing to all the equipments before running in field shows that the designed system is simple in operation,correct in displaying and communication,and it will be of great-applied value in industry.
