同步辐射软X光Al衰减膜透射率的测量

摘    要:分参数测量Al衰减膜的质量厚度和氧化层后,通过计算到了Al膜的透过率。为检验计算结果的正确性,在北京同步辐射软X光反射率装置上进行Al衰减膜透过率的直接测量。二者的结果在最大偏差11%范围内符合。

Abstract:The transmissivity of aluminium attenuation foils in soft X-ray region can be calculated from their mass thickness and oxide layer thickness that are measured, respectively. In order to verify the result, the transmissivity is also measured directly on Beijing synchrotron radiation facility with the wavelength from 17. 42 nm to 19. 14 nm. The results of two methods coincide within the maximum difference of 11 %.
