摘    要:主动回汽控制是舰船蒸汽动力系统在快速减速过程中,避免蒸汽压力急剧上升影响系统正常运行的一种有效措施。建立增压锅炉、主汽轮机、调节阀、冷凝器等模型并集成了蒸汽动力系统仿真模型。研究不同主动回汽控制条件下动力系统的响应规律,研究结果表明:倒车阀的最大开度为30%~35%;倒车阀最大开度保持时间越短,回汽控制效果越好。

Abstract:The initiative counter steam control is an effective measure to ensure the system running correctly through avoiding the rise sharply of drum pressure during the rapid deceleration of steam power system. The simulation models of composition units were built including the supercharged boiler, main steam turbines, valve, condenser. The response pattern of steam power system on the different operating conditions of counter steam was researched. The results show that the max maximum opening of astern-valve should be 30% to 35% and the holding time of keeping the astern-valve at maximum is as short as possible.
