高校体育康复保健课教学的问题及对策研究

高校体育康复保健教学存在认识不足、课时安排不合理、教学模式单一、教学内容松散和重实践轻理论等 问题, 建设完整的体育康复保健课程体系, 进行课程化运行模式研究势在必行。体育康复保健教学不仅具 备体育运动的功能, 对学生的日常生活保健也很有助益。因此, 将体育康复保健教学项目融入体育教学中, 有利于深化学校的体育教学改革, 有利于全面提高体育教学水平。教师采用理论与实践并进的教学方式, 帮助学生将运动保健理论与体育技能相结合, 学以致用, 为自身锻炼和他人损伤的康复提供指导。

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of College Physical Education Rehabilitation Health Care Teaching

There are problems that exist in in college physical education rehabilitation health care teaching such as insufficient understanding, unreasonable arrangement of teaching hours, tedious teaching mode, poorlyorganized teaching content and more practice with less theory learning.It is imperative to construct a complete curriculum system of physical education rehabilitation and health care and carry out course teaching mode.The physical education rehabilitation health care teaching not only helps sporting but also students’daily life care.Therefore, the integration of physical education rehabilitation health care teaching into physical education is conducive to deepening teaching reform and comprehensively improving physical education.Teachers integrate theoretical teaching into practice and help students combine sports health theory with physical skills, applying what they have learned, to provide guidance for their own exercise and others’rehabilitation.
