| 摘 要： | 针对电力系统负荷变化具有明显的分形自相似性的特点，提出了一种新的基于弹性系数的短期负荷预测方法。运用此方法对实际负荷进行预测，通过对预测结果的各种性能指标的分析，表明此方法具有较高的预测精度，尤其是提高了双休日的预测精度，从而为特殊假日的负荷预测提供了新思路。

| Abstract: | A new method of short time load forecasting on the base of elasticity coefficient is put forward according to the characteristic of obvious fractal self similarity of load change in power system. Actual load change is forecasted by the method. The result shows that the method has high accuracy, especially in holidays. |
