便携式油液金属物质直读仪的低噪声设计

摘    要:针对目前油液分析的需要,在噪声分析理论的指导下,研制成功了国内第一台便携式,灵敏度可以达到10-6级别的金属物质直读仪。该仪器仅需要少量的油样,只需将油样放入仪器,立即可显示出油液中金属物质的含量。与目前市场上的油液分析仪器相比,其具有操作灵敏度高,检测速度快,操作方便,成本低等显著特点。论文讨论了该仪器的原理,设计和实现,详细讨论了前置放大电路的低噪声设计。

Abstract:Under the guidance of noise theory, an innovative portable metal particle monitor is designed and implemented successfully, with the sensitivity of 10~(-6) for metal particle in oil. Little amount sample oil is needed to determine the metal particle content. The result is displayed immediately by LCD after the sample oil's input. Compared with the current oil analysis instrument in market, this instrument has the advantages of high sensitivity, fast speed, operational convenience and low cost. The instrument principle, design and implementation are discussed, especially the low noise design of the amplifier for detection of the weak signal.
