| 摘 要： | 由于高校扩招和学生就业压力增大，学校教学计划和课程设置不完善，学生综合素质、知识构建和提升转化能力薄弱，以致大学生毕业论文整体质量不高。要改变这一局面，需要更新学生培养理念，科学规划教学和课程设置，尊重学生个体发展，实行毕业论文形式多元化。

| Abstract: | This paper examines three major reasons for low achievements in the overall thesis writing of higher education institutes, namely, the enlarged enrollment and increasing job-hunting pressure, the partly ineffective teaching system and students＇ poor academic ability. Thus, it proposes relevant coping strategies in terms of social requirements, teaching system coustruction and supervision concepts to ensure the quality of graduation theses （designs）. |
