油酸酰胺的选择性加氢工艺研究

摘    要:研究首次提出油酸酰胺直接选择性加氢工艺,选用价格低廉的骨架镍催化剂对油酸酰胺进行了选择性加氢,取得了较好的效果。实验结果表明,通过选择性加氢工艺,其中的亚油酸酰胺、亚麻酸酰胺等不饱和组分大部分转化为油酸酰胺而被除去,油酸酰胺含量由67.532%增加到76.198%,提高了油酸酰胺的含量和使用性能。得出反应条件为:反应温度160℃,反应压力405.3 kPa,反应时间3.0 h,催化剂加量3%。

Abstract:The direct selective hydrogenation of oleic acid amide was firstly put forward in this paper,and cheap sponge Ni was used as catalyst,the result was satisfactory.The results show that majority impurity of oleic acid amide is removed via selective hydrogenation,linoleic and linolenic in product are mostly transformed into oleic acid amide which can improve content and performance of product(the content of oleic acid amide in product raises 76.198% from 67.532% via hydrogenation).The reaction conditions are obtained: reac-tion temperature 160℃,reaction pressure 4MPa,reaction time 3 h,catalyst dosage 3%.
