| 摘 要： | 应用旋转流变仪和凝胶时间测定仪研究了不同功能添加剂对不饱和聚酯(UP)包覆层料浆的黏度和凝胶时间的影响.结果表明,粉状填料可提高UP包覆层料浆的黏度,层状硅酸盐(MMT)对包覆层料浆黏度影响最大,Sb2O3的影响最小；芳纶纤维(PPTA)和碳纤维(CF)均能显著影响UP包覆层料浆的黏度,当PPTA和2mmCF的质量分数...

| Abstract: | The effects of various functional additives on the viscosity and gel time of unsaturated polyester(UP)inhibitor slurry were studied by a rheometer and a gel time detector.The results indicated that the viscosities of the slurry were increased by addition of the powder fillers,among which montmorillonite(MMT) showed the greatest effect on the viscosity,Sb2O3 had the slightest effect;aromatic polyamide(PPTA) and carbon fiber(CF) could significantly increase the viscosities of the UP slurry either.It is diffic... |
