| Abstract: | According to the status of the expert database of bid evaluation at home, the paper mainly analyzes the management of the expert data-base of bid evaluation, and points out some suggestions and measures to improve the management over the database, so as to establish the unified and effective evaluation system, regulate the bidding procedure, and ensure the engineering quality. |
