| 摘 要： | 通过选取2004年~2013年的相关数据,综合这十年的房地产相关宏观调控政策,对我国房地产行业的整体态势进行了总结性回顾,并运用SPSS统计软件,对与房地产行业相关的一些因素进行了相关分析,以对房地产行业有更好的认识。

| Abstract: | Through selecting relevant data between 2004 and 2013, the article overviews relevant macro-policies of real estate in recent 10 years, outlines overall development trend of domestic real estate industry, and analyzes some relevant factors of real estate industry by applying SPSS static software, with a view to have a better understanding of real estate industry. |
