| Abstract: | The paper indicates the common methods for the geotechnical investigation of buildings at the investigation stage, analyzes some prob-lems in the geotechnical survey at the detailed investigation of buildings, and points out some measures to enhance the quality of the geotechnical survey, including the regulation of the geotechnical survey market, the promotion of the investment of the geotechnical survey, the specification of the survey, and the full adoption of the computer technique. |
