| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前国际工程企业发展的国内外环境,提出了结合企业自身优势,整合内外部资源的国际工程企业经营策略,并在对国别市场进行详细调研的基础上,以斯里兰卡汉班托塔一期港口项目为例,论述了在此类经营模式下的项目推动过程,以提高企业的综合实力。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the circumstances at home and abroad for the development of internal engineering enterprises,points out the management strategies of the engineering enterprises with combination of their own advantages and integration of internal and external resources, and indicates the program driving process based on the detailed investigation and research of foreign markets and by taking the first period of Hambantota Port Project as the example,so as to enhance the integrated competitiveness of enterprises. |
