Analysis on optimal measures of housing building construction cost management

The paper analyzes housing building construction cost management problems,such as budgeters being unfamiliar to engineering condi-tions,building problems,material usage problems and construction personnel management problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions including ordering budget personnel to carry out in-situ survey,strengthening contract management and material management and other measures, with a view to lower down construction cost and to promote the enterprises development.
