谈输电塔螺栓连接设计

摘    要:对输电塔连接螺栓的受力状态和可能出现的破坏形式进行了分析,通过研究孔壁挤压和螺栓剪切对节点螺栓个数的影响,提出采用临界厚度来判断螺栓连接控制因素的方法,总结了110 kV~500 kV输电线路角钢塔螺栓设计的注意事项和建议。

Abstract:Stress state of the connecting bolts on transmission towers and collapse modes that may come up are analyzed,by studying the effects on the number of bolt made by hole wall extrusion and bolt shear,a method using critical thickness to determine the controlling factors of the bolt is proposed,some considerations and recommendations about 110 kV ~ 500 kV transmission line angle steel tower bolt design are also summar-rised.
